A new ruling on the Texas DREAM Act

Last Thursday, the notably conservative Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals rejected an appeal filed by a coalition of advocacy groups, Austin Community College, and affected student Oscar Silva to defend the Texas DREAM Act.
