AFT is partnering with several education and community organizations to host the Public Education Forum 2020 on Dec. 14 in Pittsburgh with Democratic contenders for president
This will be the largest event so far this election cycle that’s focused specifically on public and higher education. It’s another opportunity, as part of AFT’s endorsement process, for AFT members to engage and hear directly from the presidential candidates about their views on education.
Stay tuned to our Facebook page for more details on the livestream for the event. Want to attend live? Click here to enter a contest for a free trip to the forum. Twenty-five winners will be brought to Pittsburgh for the weekend, where they will attend a social media training, get to meet AFT President Randi Weingarten and have a seat in the AFT’s section of the forum audience.
