On December 9th, Mental Health America will have a session on Educator Self-Care and Burnout. Participants will learn about the risks of burnout, treating burnout, caring for oneself, and maintaining a work/life balance. Those who complete this workshop will leave with an action plan to treat their stress and care for themselves. Student well-being and academic success depend on the stability and well-being of teachers and caregivers. This highly interactive 75 min workshop will focus on self-care and stress reduction for educators and other caregivers.
