- Starting salary increase to $60,500
- Pay increase for 0 years experience: $500
- 1 year experience: $1,000
- 2 years experience: $1,500
- 3-4 years experience: $2,500
- 5+ years experience: $5,000
- 1% pay increase at the midpoint for all other staff
- Pay increase for 3-4 years service: $2,500
- Pay increase for 5+ years: $4,000
- Starting salary increase to $61,000
- 5% increase at midpoint for paras, clerical, and auxiliary staff
- $410 monthly contribution toward health insurance premiums
- No-cost $10,000 life insurance for all full-time staff
- Free pre-K 3 and pre-K 4 enrollment for children of district employees
- $2,500 bonus at every step level and/or to each teacher pay
- 2% pay increase at the midpoint for all eligible employees
- $55 basic allotment increase
- 4.27% increase in starting pay
- $1,250 pay increase for teachers with 0-2 years experience
- New teacher salary of $61,000 (increase from $58,150)
- 1-2 years experience: $1,000 pay increase
- 3-4 years experience: $2,500 pay increase
- 5 or more years experience: $5,000 pay increase
- $1,000 for all other eligible returning employees
