Educators, you deserve a $10,000 pay raise!

Take Action & Sign our Pledge

Texas has a $32.7 billion surplus and the second-largest economy in the country. Passing a $10,000 pay raise for educators and a 15% across-the-board raise would cost less than 18% of our state’s budget surplus. The solution is clear, but only if state officials choose to prioritize Texas kids.

Texas teachers have felt a 10% decrease in real pay on average over the last decade. Garland ISD educators have experienced a decline of 4.45% while salaries in Richardson ISD have declined by 3.6%. Real teacher salaries are lower now than they were before the “historic” school funding bill passed in 2019.

Educators – Know Your Rights!

Sign Up for Our Workshops

As professionals and as union members, it’s critical we understand our rights as employees in the workplace. Our union representatives act as resources and can provide support if you need legal protection or if you need to file a grievance with your school or your district. But we want you to have the information you need before a problem arises to advocate for yourself and your rights.

Sign up today to attend one of our free Know Your Rights Workshops via Zoom. Knowledge is power, so don’t miss your chance to learn more about your legal protections.
